If you’ve ever seen the Hulk film with Edward Norton you’d notice they used a time scale viewing days since his last “Episode”?! Now I think this could be used in real life as a scale and pointer to help as a coping mechanism for mental health if you know the triggers you are halfway there. Logging your episodes could help introduce techniques to at least form the base root of the problems at hand!
